How Club Plans work

Valid at every Nappa location: Use your Club Plan at all four Chicago kiosks — State Street, Pershing Road, Pulaski Road, and 87th Street.
One wash per day: Club Plan benefits apply only to the enrolled vehicle, with one wash per day during the active 30-day period.
Manual renewal required: Club Plans expire every 30 days and must be manually renewed. Renewal requires tap-to-pay or a new manual purchase — no card is stored for automatic renewal.
Personal vehicles only: Commercial and for-hire vehicles — including rideshare, taxi, limousine, shuttle, fleet, and rental — are not eligible.
RFID stays on the vehicle: Do not remove your RFID tag. Replacement RFID tags cost $7.
No SMS or email notifications: Nappa does not collect phone numbers or emails for Club Plan communications and does not send SMS or email notifications.
Accepted payment: We accept credit card and cash at the kiosk; plans are purchased and renewed via the customer app or kiosk.

Legacy Unlimited members: Current active Unlimited members may continue using their existing plan through their current month anniversary. Please do not remove your RFID tag. New purchases are Club Plans only.
