How your membership works
- Valid at every Nappa location
- Use your plan at all four Chicago kiosks — State Street, Pershing Road, Pulaski Road, and 87th Street.
- One registered vehicle
- Membership benefits apply only to the enrolled vehicle, with one wash per day.
- Free self-service vacuums
- Every visit includes access to our free, high-power self-service vacuum area.
- Auto-renews monthly
- Your card is billed automatically each month on your purchase anniversary date.
- Cancellation and billing
- Cancellation requests must be received at least 7 days before the next billing date to avoid the next charge. See the full Terms and Conditions.
- Accepted payment
- We accept credit card and cash at the kiosk; memberships are managed online.
